VAIKAS.ai exists to close that gap. We combine 20+ integrated AI business tools in one elegant, intuitive platform so that anyone with a business idea and the drive to execute it can build, automate and grow without barriers.

Core Commitments That Drive Every Decision

THE JOURNEY OF A PATH MAKER
Founder Story of Sanjit Sutaar
I did not start with a roadmap.
I started by searching for one.
In 2018, I was driving an auto.
Like many people, I had dreams. I wanted to grow, build something meaningful, and create a better future. But I soon realized something that would stay with me for years:
Knowing where you want to go is not enough.
You also need a path to get there.
At that time, I didn't have that path.
So I decided to create one.
Driving an auto became more than a way to earn a living. It became an opportunity to observe people, listen to their stories, understand their struggles, and see life from a perspective I had never seen before.
I noticed something common in many people.
They had dreams.
They had ambition.
They wanted to earn more, grow, build something of their own, and create a better life.
But somewhere between their dreams and their destination, they were getting stuck.
Not because they lacked ambition.
But because they lacked a path.
They needed opportunities.
They needed practical solutions.
They needed someone who could help them move from where they were to where they wanted to be.
That realization became the beginning of SAHAYT.
I didn't want to create just another business.
I wanted to create a platform that could become a bridge between people's present and their possibilities—a platform that could create opportunities, solve real problems, and help people move forward.
And somewhere along that journey, I discovered a word that would eventually define my purpose:
Path Maker.
I realized that a person who creates a way forward for others is not simply a guide.
They are a Path Maker.
But that realization led me to an even bigger question.
Why should I be the only Path Maker?
What if I could help other people become capable of creating paths for others too?
That question changed the direction of my life.
---
THE TRAINING THAT CHANGED MY THINKING
As I became more serious about helping people, I decided to become a trainer myself.
I joined a Train-the-Trainer program led by an established trainer whose experience and reputation made the opportunity compelling.
The training was valuable.
I learned a lot.
The content was good, and the experience gave me knowledge and skills that I genuinely wanted to use.
But what happened after the training made me think far beyond the training itself.
I looked around and saw people who had invested their time, money, energy, and hope into becoming trainers.
They had learned.
They were trained.
They had knowledge.
But many of them still had nowhere to go.
They knew how to train.
But they didn't necessarily know how to build a training career.
They needed opportunities to practice.
They needed a platform.
They needed their first clients.
They needed experience.
They needed systems.
They needed someone to help them bridge the gap between being trained and creating real-world impact.
And that raised a question I could not ignore:
If we are creating trainers, where is the path for those trainers?
That was a turning point for me.
I realized that training alone is not enough.
Knowledge can make someone capable.
But without a path, capability can remain unused.
And this wasn't only about trainers.
I began seeing the same pattern in coaches, consultants, creators, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
People often have knowledge.
They have skills.
They have ideas.
They have ambition.
But turning those things into something that works in the real world requires much more.
It requires a path.
It requires a system.
It requires opportunities.
It requires implementation.
It requires the ability to solve real problems.
And I understood something deeply personal:
I didn't want to simply become a trainer.
I wanted to create an environment where trained people could actually become capable of creating impact.
---
FROM BUILDING PATHS TO BUILDING PATH MAKERS
My purpose began to evolve.
Initially, I wanted to help people find their path.
Then I wanted to build paths for them.
But eventually, I realized something much bigger:
The greatest impact would come from creating people who could build paths for others.
That became the foundation of my philosophy.
A Path Maker is not someone who simply tells another person what to do.
A Path Maker understands the problem.
Finds a solution.
Creates a way forward.
And helps another person move.
So I wanted to develop people who could do exactly that.
People who could take their knowledge and turn it into solutions.
People who could create opportunities.
People who could build systems.
People who could help others move from confusion to clarity, from intention to action, and from where they are to where they want to be.
That is why PM Coach was born.
PM — Path Maker.
PM Coach — Path Maker Coach.
It was never meant to be just another coaching identity.
It became a mission:
To help people become capable of building their own path—and eventually become Path Makers for others.
Because I believe true success is not only about reaching your own destination.
True success is reaching your destination and becoming capable of creating the path for someone else.
That became my philosophy:
**Build the Path.
Become the Path Maker.
Create More Path Makers.**
---
WHAT REAL LIFE TAUGHT ME
But there was something else I was learning along the way.
Creating a path once is one thing.
Creating a path that can consistently work for different people is something completely different.
While building SAHAYT, I faced real business challenges.
People.
Processes.
Teams.
Operations.
Customers.
Unexpected problems.
Every challenge demanded a solution.
Every solution created learning.
Every learning led to a better process.
And slowly, something started happening.
The lessons were no longer isolated experiences.
They were becoming patterns.
The patterns were becoming processes.
The processes were becoming systems.
And those systems were helping turn experience into something repeatable.
That changed the way I thought about business.
I realized that if we truly want to help people build paths, we cannot depend only on motivation, knowledge, or individual effort.
We need systems that make progress easier to create and repeat.
This realization eventually gave birth to VAIKAS—a system shaped by real-world challenges, experimentation, problem-solving, and the continuous search for better ways to make things work.
But that was another chapter.
Because my journey had already taught me the most important lesson.
---
THE PURPOSE
When I look back at where I started, I don't see the auto as a limitation.
I see it as the place where my perspective changed.
I don't see the challenges as obstacles.
I see them as the experiences that taught me how to create solutions.
I don't see my journey from one profession to another as a simple career transformation.
I see it as a gradual discovery of purpose.
First, I was searching for my own path.
Then, I learned to create my own path.
Then, I started creating paths for others.
Then, I realized that the bigger opportunity was to create Path Makers.
People who could go beyond helping themselves.
People who could help others move forward.
That is the journey that shaped me.
That is why I call myself a Path Maker.
And that is why I became a Path Maker Coach.
Because I don't believe my purpose is to become the person who has all the answers.
I believe my purpose is to help people become capable of finding answers, creating solutions, building systems, and ultimately creating paths of their own.
And perhaps the most meaningful part of this journey is this:
I started by looking for a path.
Today, I want to help create the people who can create paths for others.
That is my journey.
That is my purpose.
That is the story of a Path Maker.
**Build the Path.
Become the Path Maker.
Create More Path Makers.**

The journey behind the system
THE STORY BEHIND VAIKAS.ai
VAIKAS.ai did not begin in a boardroom.
It began with a search for a path.
In 2018, Sanjit Sutaar was driving an auto.
Like many people, he had dreams. He wanted to build something meaningful, create a better future, and move forward in life. But there was one problem he understood personally:
Having a destination is not the same as having a path to reach it.
He knew where he wanted to go.
What he did not have was a clear road to get there.
But instead of giving up, he decided to create his own path.
And while driving his auto and interacting with people from different walks of life, he began noticing something that stayed with him.
People had dreams.
People had ambition.
People wanted to earn better, grow, build something of their own, and create a better life.
But many were stuck—not because they lacked ambition, but because they lacked the right opportunity, practical solutions, guidance, or a platform that could help them move forward.
That realization became the beginning of SAHAYT.
SAHAYT was not created simply to build another business.
It was created around a simple belief:
What many people lack is not ambition.
They lack a path.
Sanjit wanted to create a bridge between where people were and where they wanted to be—a platform that could create opportunities, solve real problems, and help people move toward their goals.
And somewhere along that journey, he discovered a powerful idea:
The person who creates a path for others is a Path Maker.
That idea became more than a philosophy.
It became an identity.
But then came another realization.
Why should I be the only Path Maker?
If one person can create a path for others, what happens when more people learn how to create paths?
What happens when a coach can solve problems instead of simply giving advice?
When a trainer can create opportunities instead of simply delivering training?
When an entrepreneur can build systems that help other people move forward?
That is when the purpose became bigger.
The goal was no longer just to build paths for people.
The goal was to build people who could build paths for others.
THE REALIZATION
To help people create better paths, Sanjit decided to become a trainer himself.
He invested in learning from an established trainer and entered the world of professional training.
The training itself was valuable.
He learned.
He grew.
He developed new skills.
But what happened after the training made him think much deeper about the industry.
He looked around and saw many people who had invested their time, money, energy, and hope into becoming trainers.
They had knowledge.
They had skills.
They had completed the training.
But after the training, many of them still had one fundamental problem:
Where do they go from here?
They had learned how to train.
But many did not know how to turn that knowledge into a real career.
They needed opportunities to practice.
They needed a platform.
They needed their first clients.
They needed experience.
They needed systems.
They needed someone to help them cross the gap between being trained and becoming capable of creating real-world results.
And this was the moment Sanjit saw something much bigger than his own experience.
The industry was creating trainers.
But it was not necessarily creating paths for those trainers.
That realization changed the direction of his journey.
He understood that simply teaching people more knowledge was not enough.
Because:
Training can give you knowledge.
But knowledge alone does not give you a path.
A person can be talented and still remain stuck.
A person can be trained and still remain invisible.
A person can have knowledge and still not know how to turn that knowledge into impact.
Sanjit himself had experienced what it meant to search for a path.
And now he was seeing the same struggle in others.
So he made a decision.
He would not simply become another trainer.
He would work toward creating the platform, systems, and opportunities that trainers and professionals needed to actually use what they knew.
And that led to an even bigger question:
What if we could create people who don't just know how to guide others—but know how to create paths for them?
That question gave deeper meaning to the idea of a Path Maker.
FROM PATH MAKER TO PM COACH
A Path Maker is not someone who simply tells people where to go.
A Path Maker understands the problem, finds a solution, creates a way forward, and helps others move.
And Sanjit realized that the world needed more people like that.
Not just trainers.
Not just coaches.
Not just consultants.
But people who could take knowledge, turn it into solutions, build systems around those solutions, and create meaningful opportunities for others.
That became the foundation of PM Coach — Path Maker Coach.
PM Coach was born from a simple mission:
To help people become capable of building their own path—and eventually become Path Makers for others.
Because true success is not only about reaching your own destination.
True success is reaching your destination and becoming capable of creating the path for someone else.
That became the philosophy:
Build the Path.
Become the Path Maker.
Create More Path Makers.
FROM EXPERIENCE TO A SYSTEM
But building paths for people is not possible through motivation alone.
Real-world problems require real-world systems.
While building SAHAYT and working to strengthen the way the business operated, Sanjit faced challenges at every stage.
People.
Processes.
Teams.
Operations.
Customers.
Unexpected problems.
New situations.
Every challenge demanded a solution.
Every solution created learning.
Every learning led to a better process.
And over time, those processes, solutions, experiences, and ways of thinking began connecting with each other.
Something bigger was taking shape.
A system.
A system built not from theory, but from experience.
Not from a classroom, but from real problems.
Not from assumptions, but from repeatedly finding better ways to make things work.
That system became VAIKAS.
VAIKAS stands for:
Valiant Authentic Inimitable Kinetic Automated Solution.
Every word represents a part of the philosophy behind the system.
Valiant — the courage to keep moving when the path is difficult.
Authentic — solutions rooted in real experiences and real problems, not empty theory.
Inimitable — not because a process can never be copied, but because the purpose, emotional DNA, lived experience, and intention behind it cannot simply be copied.
Anyone can copy a process.
But you cannot easily copy the reason someone created it.
You cannot copy the experiences that shaped it.
You cannot copy the genuine desire to solve problems and help people move forward.
Kinetic — turning knowledge into movement, action, and progress.
Automated — using technology and systems to reduce unnecessary manual effort and make solutions more efficient and scalable.
Solution — because ultimately, everything comes back to one question:
What real problem are we solving?
WHEN AI CHANGED THE POSSIBILITY
Then the world began changing again.
Artificial Intelligence created a new possibility.
Systems that once required significant time, people, and manual effort could now become faster, smarter, and more accessible through technology.
Sanjit saw an opportunity.
Not to build another platform filled with random AI tools.
But to take the thinking, systems, processes, and real-world experience behind VAIKAS—and give them a new level of power through AI.
That evolution became:
VAIKAS.ai
VAIKAS.ai is not simply a collection of AI tools.
It is the evolution of a system that was born from real problems, shaped by real experience, and designed around one fundamental belief:
Technology should not make business more complicated.
It should make the path clearer.
Today, VAIKAS.ai brings AI-powered business capabilities together to help entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, trainers, creators, agencies, and business owners build, systemize, automate, and grow with less complexity.
But beneath the technology is something much more human.
A journey that began with one person searching for his own path.
A journey that led to building a path for others.
A journey that revealed that many people do not need more motivation—they need a system, an opportunity, and a path they can actually follow.
And eventually, a vision to create people who can become Path Makers themselves.
Because the journey was never really about an auto.
It was never simply about becoming a trainer.
It was never only about building a company.
It was always about the path.
Finding it.
Building it.
Improving it.
And eventually, helping others build theirs.
That is the story behind VAIKAS.ai.
Real Problems.
Real Experience.
Real People.
One Evolving System.
Build the Path.
Become the Path Maker.
Create More Path Makers.
